Evol Dies
Evol Dies
This product is manufactured with special mechanical and technical components. These dies are specially designed and will command the CAD department to strategically apply all the mechanical items which allow the tooling to perform at the highest level. By producing the scrap to be held in to the areas when die cutting, and then release the scrap with the applied stripping features. This happens when the cam engages inside the cylinder wall to the highest point which allows the pins in the cylinder to lift and release all push pin areas. This type of tooling when manufactured requires a time frame that is longer than a typical standard die, due to this tooling also having to be routed and having to clear areas for the components to be applied. These production orders are guaranteed to have the best results scrap removal because of the stripping features.
